Hey, I'm Thomas.
I’m a Full-Stack Designer (with an emphasis on UI/UX Designer) and No-code/Low-code developer with a diverse background as a Web Developer and Business Analyst.
My design specialisation is in Design Systems and Responsive Web Design. I have experience analysing the Energy, Finance, and Education sectors, amongst others. My Web Development background mainly focuses on Front-end Development and component library creation, with experience in Kubernetes and Cloud Services (e.g. AWS).
I’m able to communicate in three languages: 🏴 English, 🇵🇱 Polish, and 🇷🇺 Russian.
Due to my prior multinational residency, I have an extensive history in multicultural environments, which enables me to communicate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
In my free time, I enjoy deep diving into the latest technology, eSports, content creation and real estate.

Being an In-Game Leader (IGL) and part of management in an eSports organization has enhanced my leadership and organizational skills, especially in the competitive scene, where we strive to bring players to the forefront of the pro scene.
